How Does Coaching Work?

  • COACH MEETS, initially, WITH THE SUPERVISOR(S) of the participating employees to gain their perspective of their employees
    challenges, responsibilities, and goals.
  
  • Coach has an initial CONFIDENTIAL MEETING WITH EACH PARTICIPATING EMPLOYEE to discuss their goals, challenges, responsibilities,
    and personal and professional potential.
  
  • EACH EMPLOYEE HAS CONFIDENTIAL phone APPOINTMENTS to strategize the action steps they will take to move them toward
    their goals (coaching is typically done over the phone, however, face-to-face meetings are available).
  
  • As each EMPLOYEE takes STEPS TOWARD their GOALS, the coach helps track their performance AND hold them accountable to
    maximizing their potential.
  
  • A SET FEE is PAID at the beginning of EACH MONTH for the coaching appointments and E-mail support.
  
  • VARIED PRICE PACKAGES and MEETING OPTIONS are AVAILABLE to meet the specific needs of the company and its employees.
